2026 Rep & Select Player Fee Information

• Registration and initial payment due no later than September 30, 2025.
• During registration the following Payment Options are available:
  • ​​Full Payment - Credit Card
  • Installment Plan - Credit Card
  • Full payment - Offline via e-transfer
  • Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer
• Installment dates are November 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025. If choosing Credit Card, the system will automatically charge the card on file on the pre-set dates.
• E-transfer available at payregistration@barriebaseball.com, please include the player's full name in the comments field. If choosing Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer families must forward payment on or before the pre-set dates.
• All Rep & Select teams are also responsible for a Team Fee due April 1, 2025. Fundraising & Sponsorships can be used to decrease the Team Fee. Full details will be available through the Team. 
• Initial payment paid along with fees due at the set installment dates are all non-refundable

2026 High Performance Player Fee Information

• Registration and initial payment due no later than 7 days from player acceptance to the team.
• During registration the following Payment Options are available:

  • Full payment - Offline via e-transfer
  • Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer
• Installment options available with e-transfer or credit card only. Installment dates made October 1, 2025, November 1, 2025, December 1, 2025, & January 1, 2025.
• E-transfer available at payregistration@barriebaseball.com, please include the player's full name in the comment field. If choosing Installment Plan - Offline via e-transfer families must forward payment on or before the pre-set dates.
• Initial installment fee paid along with fees due at the set installment dates are all non-refundable.

2025 House League Player Registration Info

• Based on the allocation of fields from the City of Barrie, there is a possibility that a division's day might have to be adjusted therefore fields and nights of play cannot be confirmed until mid to late March. Any changes will be communicated to affected players.
• Most weekday start times will be 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm.
• For older divisions that require late games, the league will try to distribute them fairly during school months and in the summer.
• All registrations made on March 1st or later will have an additional $25 late fee applied. 
• Players requests & Coach Partner requests will be accepted until March 31st only.
• 18U house league teams will be scheduled by South Simcoe Minor Baseball Association (SSMBA). They play both home and away games against teams outside of Barrie (involves travel).
• ​4U Rally Cap & 5U T-Ball divisions are offered on both a weeknight and Sunday mornings. Choose your preferred game day during registration.

INSTALLMENT INFORMATION

• Full registration fee is due at time of registration. Payment Options

• Registration deposit of $205 is due at time of registration. Remaining balance will be split evenly between 2 installments. Payment Options
• 1st Installment due February 1, 2025
• 2nd Installment due March 1, 2025
